Visa Information

ARZA World passengers are responsible for securing their own travel documents for travel to the countries listed below:

Brazil: approx. $110
Brazilian visas must be obtained in advance from the Brazilian Embassy All Brazilian visas, regardless of validity, are considered invalid if not used within 90 days of the issuance date. For current entry and customs requirements for Brazil, travelers may contact the Brazilian Embassy at 3009 Whitehaven St. N.W., Washington, D.C., 20008; telephone 202-238-2828, e-mail consular@brasilemb.org; Internet: http://www.brasilemb.org. Travelers may also contact the Brazilian consulates in Boston, Houston, Miami, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. Addresses, phone numbers, web and e-mail addresses, and jurisdictions of these consulates may be found at the Brazilian Embassy web site above.
The visa can be obtained from the nearest embassy or consulate or from a visa service (for an additional fee).

Turkey: approx. $20 as of 4/01/04
Holders of tourist passports can purchase a sticker visa at the port of entry for $20 for a single entry and $65 for multiple entries. For further information, travelers in the U.S. may contact the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey at 2525 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20008, telephone: (202) 612-6700, or the Turkish consulates general in Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, or New York. Information may also be found at Internet address http://www.turkey.org.

Russia: Cost $100.  
A Visa support letter will be offered by ARZA WORLD.  You will need to present this invitation letter, the visa application (2 per person, original, no copies)and the items from the list below:

  1. Valid national passport (original only and it should have at least two clear pages).
    It must be valid no less than six months after the visa expiration date.
    Holders of travel documents other than passports (Permit to Re-Enter the United States
    of America, Travel Document, etc.) must submit valid Permanent Resident Card.

  2. Two passport size pictures of the applicant. Pictures can be black-and-white
    or color, full face, stapled to the upper-corner of an application.
    Digital copies are not accepted. 

  3. Money Order or Certified Bank Check payable to the Russian Consulate
    for visa processing. Please note that we do not accept cash, personal or company checks.

Documents for visa can be submitted by an applicant in person or by Postal Application.

If you apply in person:

Other cities: Washington D.C, San Francisco, Seattle

If you apply by mail: enclose a self addressed stamped return envelope or prepaid waybill. If you fail to follow the above-mentioned requirements, your visa application will not be processed. If the papers are not acceptable for any reason or some documents are missing, we will return them. When forwarding documents to us, please specify "Attention: Visa Section".

Reputable mail services like Federal Express, DHL, UPS, Airborne Express are strongly recommended.
