Visa Information

ARZA World passengers are responsible for securing their own travel documents for travel to the countries listed below:

Russian Visa Procedure

1. .Completed visa applications (two per person), signed by the Applicant. All entries on the form must be typed or printed in block letters in English.
2. Valid national passport (original only and it should have at least two clear pages). It must be valid no less than six months after the visa expiration date.
3. Two passport size pictures of the applicant. Pictures can be black-and-white or color, full face, stapled to the upper-corner of an application.
4. Money Order or Certified Bank Check payable to the Russian Consulate for visa processing. Please note that we do not accept cash, personal or company checks.
   
   Visa processing fees are (for single entry):
   
   ·         $100 – it will take six -ten business days to process
   ·         $150 – it will take three-five business days to process
   ·         $200 – it will take next business day to process
   ·         $300 - same day to process
   
   All of the above must be submitted along with the invitation letter, hotel voucher, and itinerary provided by ARZA WORLD.

Postal Application

If you apply by mail, you should enclose a self addressed stamped return envelope or prepaid waybill. If you fail to follow the above-mentioned requirements, your visa application will not be processed. If the papers are not acceptable for any reason or some documents are missing, we will return them. When forwarding documents to us, please specify "Attention: Visa Section".
Reputable mail services like Federal Express, DHL, UPS, Airborne Express are strongly recommended.

Belarus Visa Procedure

   ·         $50 – it will take six -ten business days to process
   ·         $90 – it will take next business day to process
   
   All of the above must be submitted along with the invitation letter and hotel voucher provided by ARZA WORLD.
